1. One-to-One Online Classes: For students enrolled in Individual Online Classes, the tuition fee shall become payable immediately upon the successful completion of every 10 hours of classes in the regular mode.

2. Video Requirement: During all online classes, students must keep their camera switched ON throughout the session unless otherwise permitted by the faculty.

3. Recommended Device: Students are strongly advised to attend online classes using a Laptop or Desktop Computer for a better learning experience. Mobile phones should only be used in unavoidable situations.

4. Attendance: Regular attendance is compulsory. Students are expected to attend every scheduled class unless prior information is provided.

5. Punctuality: Students should join the class at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Repeated late joining may be marked as late attendance.

6. Homework & Assignments: All assignments, homework, projects and practical work must be completed and submitted on or before the prescribed deadline.

7. Examinations: Students are required to appear for all scheduled tests, assessments, mock examinations and evaluations conducted by the institute.

8. Classroom Discipline: Students shall maintain proper discipline, respect faculty members and fellow students, and avoid any behaviour that disrupts the learning environment.

9. Academic Integrity: Copying, cheating, plagiarism or any form of academic misconduct during assignments or examinations is strictly prohibited.

10. Recording Restriction: Students shall not record, screenshot, distribute or share any class, study material or institute content without prior written permission.

11. Study Materials: Notes, recordings, PDFs and other learning materials provided by the institute are intended solely for the registered student and shall not be shared with third parties.

12. Fee Policy: Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless specifically approved by the institute under exceptional circumstances.

13. Payment Verification: Online payments shall be treated as complete only after verification by the institute administration.

14. Change of Batch: Batch changes are subject to seat availability and prior approval from the institute.

15. Leave Intimation: Students should inform the institute in advance whenever they are unable to attend a scheduled class.

16. Technical Issues: Students attending online classes are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and ensuring that their device is in working condition.

17. Communication: All important announcements, notices, homework, examination schedules and fee reminders will be communicated through the Student Portal, Parent Portal or the registered WhatsApp number/email.

18. Personal Information: Students must ensure that all information provided during admission is accurate. Any change in contact details should be updated immediately.

19. Institute Rights: JustVix Institute reserves the right to modify class schedules, faculty allocation, batches, course structure, fees and policies whenever necessary.

20. Code of Conduct: Any form of abusive language, harassment, discrimination, misconduct or damage to institute property may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or cancellation of admission.

21. Consent: By submitting the admission form, the student and parent/guardian acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to abide by all the above Terms & Conditions and any future rules notified by JustVix Institute.
